Are your workshops in person or virtual?
Luckily, both options are available! Depending on the size of your party and your event goals, we will work with you to determine the best option.
How much does a workshop cost?
To host a workshop or demonstration for your team or group, Mia’s fee will vary depending on final headcount, plus cost of supplies. As a workshop attendee, individual ticket price will depend on the event venue, plus cost of supplies.
How much does a Grazing Table cost?
Final price is dependent on headcount, food requests, dietary accommodations, and equipment used. Plan for around around $15-25/person. All display risers, serving utensils and bowls must be returned after the event. Plates and napkins not included (unless requested).
What kind of materials do you use?
All utensils and platters provided are made of biodegradable, compostable and disposable bamboo or birch wood materials.
Can charcuterie serve as a light dinner?
This all depends on one’s appetite level, but generally charcuterie is considered more of a heavy appetizer vs a dinner/meal replacement. That said, we are happy to curate more abundant/filling ingredients for your next board.
