Hailing from a big Italian family (full of great cooks), it was always a little intimidating to prepare a dish that met the standard, especially around the holidays. For my contribution, I decided to play it “safe” and focus my efforts on the delightfully uncooked delicacy—the charcuterie board! 

Dreaming up curated boards that reflect the season and celebrate your audience is a true joy. I am able to channel my creativity and combine my love for food with a passion for entertaining.
